- Implementing & analyzing grading & Evaluation SystemÂ
- Identifying Labor issues & initiatively proposing solutions to management
- Creating & improving company regulation
- Handling group HR project together with Global Management across SEA.
- Negotiating & communicating with labor union
- Handle Labor court or serious labor problems (not negotiate level. More difficult problem).
- HR related task
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree graduate in any major
- 8-10 years of experience in HR especially in managerial level at multinational company.
- Experience in handling industrial relation including Labor Union until PHI (labor court) as company's representative
- Understands and experience in handling PKB and implementation of labor management based on PKB.
- Being proactive & taking initiative at work
- Able to take actions & seize the potential of an idea without direction.
- Good analytical thinking & budgeting skill
- Having experience and knowledge in risk management & training employees
- Excellent skill in English verbal and written
