QUALIFICATIONS
1. Nationality of Indonesia.
2. Professional English (TOIEC 850+ or equivalents).
3. Strong software development and implementation understanding.
4. Proven record of at least 5 years in Software Solution and IT professional service sales.
5. Experience working for a global company serving the Indonesian market for at least 2 years.
6. Experience handling stakeholders from the Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, or FMCG 
sectors.
7. Results-oriented, strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management.
8. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
11. Having an MBA degree is a plus
