  • Build positive synergy with existing HD Hyundai distributors in Indonesia.
  • Build and grow a solid team in sales, business operations, and product support.
  • Innovation of new strategic markets, and fleet-based customers to ensure sustainable business growth 
  • Execution of sales and marketing strategy.
  • Value proposition and potential erosion by sales force.
  • Balance of supply and demand within the business through revenue forecast accuracy.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention.
  Job Requirements:  
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree.
  • More than 8 years of experience in Sales areas for Heavy Equipment / Machinery.
  • Has Managerial experiences and manage sales team.
  • Flexible.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
