Responsibility:
- Process and manage vendor registration documents, purchase orders, sales orders, quotations, contracts and other relevant documents.
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, opportunity, purchase order records in our CRM system.
- Consolidate sales planning, sales forecast, sales revenue, and invoice reports on sales activities and performance metrics based on our CRM system and other data sources.
- Assist with preparing sales proposals, sales presentations, and invoicing.
- Assist with developing and implementing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Assist with collaborating with the company’s partners..
- Answer phones and emails professionally, managing inquiries and requests.Requirement :
-Native Indonesian and excellent English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or Business, or Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT field.
- Minimum of 4 year of experience in a sales and/or marketing support role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent documentation design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools (a plus).
- Prefer Unemployment candidate
