Job Description:

Evaluate, promote, coach, and develop staff under your supervision.
Build up the right capabilities and people, equip / guide them with the skills, tools, and standard approaches to deliver results on deployed project/assignment. Evaluate a project plan and timeline that covers cost estimation, project phase, and tracking for each initiative.

Managing multiple complex projects.
Regularly oversee of project execution to ensure each project is on-time, within budget expectations with a high level of quality while delivering all key milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate the efforts across company teams that can include various departments to achieve the best result.
Design strategy and initiative to resolve project related issues.
Provide technical advice and seek for help to resolve any technical issues.
Collaborating with and influencing other areas within the company to develop analytic models, methodologies, reports or process changes that support strategy initiatives to improve the quality of service delivery.
