Our client is well-known brand of Opthamology medical devices from Germany, currently looking for Sales Admin position. Job Responsibilities :

• Proven work experience as Sales Admin or Sales Support
• Hands-on experience in MS Office such as : PIVOT, Excel  etc
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Liaise with the Logistic department to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Understanding of sales performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from any reputable University
• Has 3 years working experiences as Sales Admin
• HAs excellent organizational and multitasking skill
• A team player with high level of dedication
