Lowongan Business Development Staff

Our client is marketing agency for support business campaign in medical and healthcare market is seeking for Business Development (6 months contract) that requires:

• Having sales experience minimum 2-3 years
• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree, Business, Economics, Management,Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
• English proficiency - Business level
• Professional and confident in speaking to manager and management level
• Preferably specialized in Corporate Sales, Agency or advertisement background

 
Job Description :

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with potential clients
• Generating leads by utilizing some sales prospecting tools
• Generate needs of client marketing activity, handling all sales processes from prospecting, project monitoring, reporting
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, develop and propose new projects to generate growth
• Follow up project execution with the client, related activation channels, and internal team to secure the project delivery and KPI
• Communicate with marketing, brand managers, and product managers.
• Get involved in creating new businesses/services to keep up with the trend
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of all accounts by communicating and establishing a business relationship with all decision-makers
• Understand and effectively communicate the Client's industry, value proposition, internal resources, processes, and partnerships with a medical organization
• Report to Manager/Director
• Work with our clients, partners, and team-based on mutual trust and respect
