Business Development Manager (Medical Renal Dialysis Equipment)
Work location: Bintaro, Tangerang Status: Permanent after probation. Job Requirements:
7+ years of experience as sales in medical equipment, or dialysis equipment manufacturer (sales for hospital (e .g. Frezenius, Nipro, etc)).
Knowledgeable in business plan creation, sales strategy/KPI management/team management)
Good connection with hospitals and clinics.
Advanced English for business communication (Japanese ability is a plus).
Outgoing, good personality. Strong negotiation & communication skill.
Creating B2B business plan,
Business development to hospitals and clinics (approaching, negotiating) in order to increase the number of hospital/clinic partners (Right now is 3 locations, planned to increase to 5-10 locations within the year),
Offering company's services in consultation for dialysis equipment (planned to expand to rural areas because we have dialysis clinic know-how,
The target is the public general health care who uses BPJS (Class C hospital) instead of the advanced Hospital,
Reporting to Japanese director,
Other related tasks.
