Our client is a leading multinational medical devices company, they have strong presence and portfolio within Opthamology medical device. Job Description
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies across nationwide coverage
• Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities more into B2B 
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer's needs
• Liaise with Marketing and Product departments to ensure brand consistency   Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree from any reputable University
• Minimum of five (5) years of working experience on the same field, preferably in sales any medical devices
• Having leadership experience minimum two (2) years.
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management. #LI-JACID
