Our client is an international investment institution focused on delivering the best synergy of encrypted currency investing from Queensland. They are in the business of helping individuals and institutional investors identify cryptocurrency mining investment opportunities.

Position: Software Engineering Manager

Location: We do prefer our manager located in BALI

Job requirement:
  • Basic knowledge in other programming languages such as Python or Golang
  • Familiar with dev ops stacks to run immutable infrastructure, ideally with Kubernetes
  • Practical knowledge of how to optimize & scale a traditional sql database such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Leading your team in an emphatic, unselfish way which is respected by the team
  • Excellent knowledge & hands-on programming experience in developing Typescript/Javascript/Php applications
  • Rock solid computer science fundamentals in data structures & algorithms
  • Experience in running & maintaining a (micro-)service environment with decoupled services & API communication under high load with large data sets
  • Experience in using Cloud services & performance monitoring
  • Ability to strive always for clean, tested & well documented code across your team
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, fault-tolerant, agile environment on cross-functional teams

  • Manage project priorities, deadlines & deliverables within autonomous teams
  • Take part in architectural decision making
  • Understanding development lifecycle & working closely in a cross functional & diverse team
  • Design & help to implement cutting-edge applications
  • Develop, test, deploy, maintain & improve
  • Hire & develop a great team & ensure you set them up for success
  • Be an active partner for Product management in order to provide the best value for    stakeholders & our customers
