• Ex-founder or experience as C level in a fast-growing tech company
• Experience in creating hyper growth & increasing the company’s valuation
• In depth understanding of the Fintech landscape in Indonesia
• Purpose driven, passionate and creative in solving big problems that make a difference
• Strong inspirational leader that is strategic thinker with methodical approach to growth
• Results & metrics focused, guided by data
• Experience in management consulting a plus
