Lowongan Supply Chain & Logistic Operation Manager

Job Roles:
- Coordinate the demand and supply planning for Indonesia for personal care, herbal supplements and pharmaceutical products
- Work in close collaboration with the marketing and sales team and derive product & sku-wise forecast
- Liaise with the International operations teams at Dubai, Singapore & Bangalore for production of the planned goods
- Coordinate with international operations team for dispatch of finished goods
- Ensure stock requirement for warehouse is met as per forecast
- Constantly review and improve supply chain practices in accordance with current market demands
- Manage transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution
- Build strong relationship with distributors, suppliers, vendors etc and assist them with relevant logistic requests
- Coordinate with Local contract manufacturing facility for production & dispatch planning
- Procurement of PM/RM from Regional for local contract manufacturing
- Coordinate supply chain cost analysis to manage costs
- Supervise import and export shipments and the relevant license requirements
- Solve any issues or complaints related to supply chain and logistic both internally and externally
- Generate monthly reports in SAP accordingly and lead SOP meeting for the country

Requirements:- - Bachelor Degree's in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Has 5 - 7 years of working experience in distributive trade, production planning, supply chain management preferably in Cosmetic and Supplement Industry
- Possesses good written and communication skills in English
- Solid Interpersonal Skills
- Compulsory knowledge of SAP
- Ability to work across different time zones
- Ability to travel as and when required
- Strong in MS Office
