Our client is Japan company that provides eGift via email or LINE, etc, along with the wishes in a casual manner. Position : Sales Admin Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field
- General PC Skills (Data Entry, MS Office)
- Fluent in English
- Problem solving skills in handling complaints effectively and efficiently
- Good listening skills
- Experience in payment and accounting processing is added an advantage
  
Job Description
- Manage deposit (clearing accounts receivable) and payment (clearing accounts payable)
- Arrange invoice and evidences of expenses and pass information to accounting company
- Create payment data with Internet Banking System
- Check company attendance state of each employee and pass information to accounting company
- Manage office equipment
- Handle initial contact of inbound calls including customers inquiries on company and services.
- Provide effective and alternative problem solving to customers.
- Raise accurate and prompt service requests to the fulfillment teams.
- Calculate monthly sales amount and pass information to accounting company #LI-JACID
