Lowongan Supplier Representative

Our client is a B2B E-Commerce specializing in Automotive spare-parts.

Position : Supplier Representative (Contract)

Responsibility:

● Coordinate all the needs of buyers and suppliers in the operational activities in order to get the right information to run the company’s operational functions, including:

- Answering or responding to the call and email accurately and efficiently as

needed based on the products information and service standard, also ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.

- Be proactive to build a good coordination and productive relationship with

buyers, suppliers and co-workers at the office based on trust and credibility, to achieve KPI.

- Engage in active listening with customers, confirm or clarify information and handle customer complaints.

- Call and or respond buyers and suppliers to understand and fulfil needs,

complaints, or other problems related to the products or services.

- Participate in training and other learning opportunities to increase knowledge regarding the company and its position.

- Follow all policies and procedures in the company.

● Actively involved in giving ideas and implementing activities or programs in order to improve performance of suppliers and buyers.

● Synergize business relationships among suppliers, buyers and companies to create and develop mutually beneficial cooperation.

● Actively learn and understand the operational process flow in suppliers that are in their responsibility areas by implementing the principles of speed, proactivity, integrity, and credibility.

● Proactive to build productive communication and trustworthy relationships with each person in charge of the suppliers.

Qualifications:

● Min. S1 from any major

● Experience min. 2 years as purchasing / logistic / warehouse

● Experienced as Service Advisor in an Automotive Dealer (4 Wheeler) and understand Electronic Parts Catalog is a plus

● Computer skill (Ms. Office)

● Can work under pressure

● Detail Oriented

● Agile, adaptive and fast learner
