Job Descriptions:

Conduct Field Test and Study to get information, data, video and document of Machine Operation
Get exact information of Machine Performance, Cost, Durability and Utilities
Conduct Product Monitoring, Research and Development.
Gather All Machine Information and Data needed, Perform Settings, Modification and Test in the Yard/Field/Job Site.
Calculating the Machine Owning and Operating Cost for certain products related to the project with evidence to ensure Customers,
so the customer able to decide the optimum size, type also number of fleet required to complete the project and see the feasibility of the project it self.
Customers Orientation:
- Translating the voice of customer in to General Arrangement design and product specifications.
- Selecting the main components to be used in the product specifications.
- Conducting site survey to make sure that Company offer correct and optimum products to the customer, Also making sure that the application will suit with the condition in the field.
- Make Calculation of Optimum Fleet Recommendation also Presentation of Product Specification to Customers & Dealers
Collaboration with Other Institute (Academics, Customers/Users, Dealers, Head Office, and/or Industries) to stimulate engineering research and development Programs.

Job Requirements:

Diploma & above in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining, Geology) with at least 2 years of relevant experience or Mechanics Experience in Heavy Equipment Industries with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Accurate and neat in work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
An independent team worker.
Understand well of Heavy Equipment Components and Mechanical. Able to hold & Used the tools.
Preferable able to speak, read and write English (Chinese speaker is prior).
Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
