Position: Wholesale Banking Business Analyst

Job requirement:

• Having knowledge and strong understanding of Wholesale Banking Operations
• 4-5 years of experience in Wholesale Banking Operations
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent from reputable University
• Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 scale
• Proficient in English (Business Level) is a must
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of employees
• Having good problem-solving skill, analytical and logical thinking
• Willing to work hard and having excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work in tight schedule with under pressure

Job description:

• Applying Wholesale Banking expertise when contributing to building and deploying a product & data
• Bringing an objective view by linking business to technology outcomes from requirements to the implementation of a Digital Platform (Mobile/Web/Desktop based)
• Communicating with senior stakeholders, in a credible, honest & confident way
• Taking ownership of tasks and proactively driving them to a successful & on-time outcome
• Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic on-site & virtual environment, proficient in agile ways of working
• Ability to navigate and make clear complexity & ambiguity
