Position: Chief Financial Officer

Job requirements:

• Experience and network in tech industry investment for fundraising
• Location preferably Jakarta but open for Singapore

Job description:

• INVESTOR RELATIONS
  Develop a robust investor relations strategy with current and potential regional and global investors
• FUNDRAISING
  Lead fundraising activities through various stages of the investment process, including initial screening, detailed business and financial due diligence, execution, and closure
• FINANCIAL CONTROL
  Develop financial planning and control system with multiple scenarios for the long-term and agile approach in shorter-cycle of executions
• PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
  Actively ensure and support growth of existing business portfolio from finance and strategy perspective, while support and assist any potential portfolio expansion activities in the future (investment deals, M&A etc)
