Lowongan Sales & Customer Service Manager

One of our clients, a multinational machinery company, in Cikarang (West Java), is looking for: 

SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

The appointed candidate will be responsible for the sales activity both for brand new machinery and service portfolio) across Indonesia and Malaysia. Expanding the customer network, and building more successful partnerships with local agents. Be the trusted technical sales and customer service representative for the local Customers.

Main tasks:

• Identifying new business opportunities and searching for new potential clients in order to expand the customer's portfolio and increase regional revenues within Indonesia, Malaysia. Extended coverage to Philippines.
• Work closely with existing customers to generate both new machine sales and service sales.
• Work in close connection with Area Sales Managers (Sales and Customer Service) to establish strategies and action plans to achieve sales results.
• Monitors the overall sales performance for the customers and geographic area in terms of volumes, service levels, lines backlog, order processing time, existing assets criticalities etc.
• Develop the sales and business together, directly or with partners.
• Manage local partners together with the principal company to achieve the business target
• Responsible to meet business targets and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Prompt reporting of activities in CRM and other monthly reports.

Qualifications and experience:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical would be preferred) or equivalent sales experience in relevant market.
• + 5 years of experience in an Engineering Sales position. (Experience in packaging industry will be a strong plus)
• Strong experience in selling capital equipment to markets in confectionery, home care, tea/coffee is preferred
• Fluent in English with ability to travel extensively.
