Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major.
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in Product Marketing, especially in the home electronics - appliances industry.
  • Strong in product strategy and product development.
  • Strong experience in Market Analysis and Market Research.
  • Can work under pressure, multitask, and be flexible.
  • Able to communicate in English, verbal and written.
  • Can join immediately.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for All products, especially REF & WP product planning, developing and implementing product strategies, including study for new synergy products.
  • FOB price management and acquisition profitability.
  • Plan product road map based on market segmentation.
  • Update price positioning for each sub-category based on product specifications.
  • Monitoring competitors' activities (market intelligence) and making an action plan for anticipation.
  • Create and control the execution of sell-in and sell-out promos to achieve the sales target.
  • Create Sell out campaign based on AHID stock level & Dealer stock level.
  • Create an estimated dealer stock report (monthly) to know the dealer stock situation and be able to create proper action or campaign based on the data.
  • Create a Regular sell-out report every Monday (weekly) to know the sell-out situation, by category & by branch compared to Last month & Last Year.
  • Monitoring all the promoters with the sell-out manager, including the outsourcing to make sure they can hit the target.
  • Discuss with the sales & marketing team regarding the product synergy & campaign that is needed to achieve the target.
  • Supervising all the branding process, cashback verification, social media content, etc.
  • Maintain good relationships with the key dealer to strengthen the bond.
  • Maintain a good relationship with BM & try to solve their problem (aging stock, clearance sale, instore promo, etc).
  • Synchronize the value chain for synergy product with AHID current markup file to make the calculation more accurate.
  • Maintain cashback quarterly budgets (2% from sales) such as support by model, gift, and tactical budget.
  • Follow up with all the vendors related to the booth, gifts, etc.
  • Market visit to analyze the actual market condition & to find the proper solution for the problem.

Supply Chain / PSI (Purchase – Sales – Inventory) management.
  • Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
  • Analyzing supply chain data and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
