Min. 25 years of experiences in the industry
Must have experience in Japanese Manufacturing company
Strong skills in Industrial Relations, having experienced in labor union is preferable
Familiar with labor law and all compliances situation
Experienced in handling recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation & benefit, KPI, etc.
Fluent in English
Japanese skill is an advantageous

Job Description:

Develop, implement, and evaluate HR strategies and systems
Manage end to end recruitment process, from hiring to onboarding
Bridge management between employees and management regarding demands and other issues
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Maintain and evaluate manpower planning budget and benefit
Create a positive and healthy environment
Monitor direct subordinates and overall employees
Asses and update company regulations
