Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Mechanical Engineering or similar
At least 5 years of proven experience as Assistant Manager in procurement section
Well experienced in procurement/ purchasing negotiation
Well experienced planning for localization vendors (domestic - import parts)
Good command of written and spoken English (the interview will be in full English)
Deep knowledge in ERP system
Willing to work in Pasuruan
Job Description:
Liaise with other departments regarding their requirements and work within their available budgets to source materials/services appropriate to their needs
To source and purchase goods and services in line with any budget requirements
Report frequently to Cost Management dept about price, vendors, market, budget and the company’s requirements
Research new markets and present data to support your finding and recommendations
Source for new suppliers in order to ensure the best possible goods and services are being obtained at the best possible price
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers (international or domestic) and negotiate annual pricing strategies
