 Requirement:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in engineering 
  • Experience in service management and used to be Service Analyst / Technician in Automotive / Heavy Equipment industry for at least 3 years (required)
  • Understand Service Operations end to end process from respond customer request until completely solved
  • Experience on conduct Service Technical Training Program
  • Experience on develop Product Maintenance Program
  • Willing to work in Depok
Job desc:
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
