Responsibilities:

Develop new CMMS opportunities in the Facility Management vertical in Indonesia
Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying to developing and closing deals
Develop and execute against the approved business plan
Work with marketing, business development, and technical teams to manage and grow the vertical
Articulate compelling value propositions for the FM verticals.

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the FM industry.
Experienced in selling FM services to Large Enterprise, Government, Manufacturing or Healthcare verticals.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including C-Suit
