Job Description:
  • Implementing & analyzing grading & Evaluation System 
  • Identifying Labor issues & initiatively proposing solutions to management
  • Creating & improving company regulation
  • Handling group HR project together with Global Management across SEA.
  • Negotiating & communicating with labor union
  • Handle Labor court or serious labor problems (not negotiate level. More difficult problem).
  • HR related task

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree graduate in any major
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR especially in managerial level at multinational company.
  • Experience in handling industrial relation including Labor Union until PHI (labor court) as company's representative
  • Understands and experience in handling PKB and implementation of labor management based on PKB.
  • Being proactive & taking initiative at work
  • Able to take actions & seize the potential of an idea without direction.
  • Good analytical thinking & budgeting skill
  • Having experience and knowledge in risk management & training employees
  • Excellent skill in English verbal and written
