Job Description:

Implementing & analyzing grading & Evaluation System
Identifying Labor issues & initiatively proposing solutions to management
Creating & improving company regulation
Handling group HR project together with Global Management across SEA.
Negotiating & communicating with labor union
Handle Labor court or serious labor problems (not negotiate level. More difficult problem).
HR related task

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree graduate in any major
8-10 years of experience in HR especially in managerial level at multinational company.
Experience in handling industrial relation including Labor Union until PHI (labor court) as company's representative
Understands and experience in handling PKB and implementation of labor management based on PKB.
Being proactive & taking initiative at work
Able to take actions & seize the potential of an idea without direction.
Good analytical thinking & budgeting skill
Having experience and knowledge in risk management & training employees
Excellent skill in English verbal and written
