1. Qualification
  • Fresh graduate and maximum experience 5 years in IT industry.
  • Have interests in analysis of solution requirements, design thinking including optimization potential from various perspectives such as standardization, reuse, and speed to market, etc.
  • Ability in programming/development skills.
  • Ability to code and debug.
  • Interested in building solutions based on technologies
  • Understand Excel script and Google script. (preferred).
  • Comfortable with web technologies
  • Work closely with the architecture team and Business Process best practices and standards.
  • Independently write, debug and test code from specifications using Java and other tools as appropriate.
  • Interested in working with portal technologies (preferred).
  • Experience in Cloud Platforms such as Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience in Mobile Apps Development (iOS, Android) is a plus.
  • Having a good communication to develop and implement internal communication strategy for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages are defined.
2. Job Description

a. Strategy & Innovation
  • IT budget process definition and overall management.
  • Enterprise IT Strategy definition, maintenance and enablement.
  • IT procurement management.
  • IT vendor management.
b. Enterprise Architecture
  • Technology Innovation: Research & analysis to find new and better technical solutions to provide business value.
  • Mid & long-term plans for technology, system and hardware transformation in line with Enterprise IT Strategy.
  • Technical evaluations of 3rd party solutions including vendor interaction.
  • System Integration framework standards.
  • E-Commerce (website, CMS, Mobile APP) related strategy and standards development.
  • Technology vendor interaction.
c. IT Operations
  • Overall management of IT Operations team.
  • Infrastructure & Operations Strategy
  • IT Operations vendor management.
  • Infrastructure performance metrics and guidelines.
  • Security awareness communications.
  • End point and level 1 support management.
  • IT asset tracking management.
d. Business Process Management
  • Overall management of IT Business Process teams.
  • Business & system process mapping.
  • Business support system requirements management.
  • SOP and process migration management.
  • Overall BI requirements, dashboard/report support.
