  • Diploma degree
  • Experience at least 3-4 years in food industry (required)
  • Capable in handling machinery/other tasks when in need
  • Willing to work in Tangerang 

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Responsible for production (including quality, productivity, safety, food safety, GMP, hygiene)
  • Maintain production schedule and evaluate production efficiency and achievement               
  • Responsible for warehouse                    
  • Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, coaching, counselling, and disciplining subordinates     
  • Improve and make sure systems, policies, and procedures running smooth                    
  • Autonomous maintenance, small repair for machines and equipment
