Job Description :
• Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support
• Gather and build requirement documentation with customer
• Conduct SIT and provide UAT support in customer premises
• Evaluating of product quality assurance standards
• Ensure that all customer requests, complaints and comments communicated are forwarded to the corresponding department for action.
• Analyze customer behavior and market data
• Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure and develop their future business.
Requirements :
• Good customer service communication skill
• Have knowledge in programming (basic skill)
• Have knowledge making document of specification and test script
• Have knowledge for Android EDC or EDC Conventional Quality Assurance is plus
• Have knowledge in Frontend & UI/UX Designer is plus
