About  Our client is a Japanese company that grows rapidly in the ATM industry. It specifically focusing on the sales, marketing, development, engineering, trading, and services of ATM.  Responsibilities:

• Plan & propose product proposition.
• Develop an acquisition program in order to lead in the market.
• Execute product development strategy, product proposition, and competitive differentiation as a value-added for the product.
• Implement strategic initiatives to increase customer base.
• Create a product/program proposal and its cost and benefit analysis.
• Involve in the development and implementation of products/programs and marketing communications to ensure that they are implemented effectively to its targeted customers and that targets and budgets are achieved manage day-to-day product/program, handling complaints and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, in any field.
• Had experience in product development for minimum 2 years.
• Exposure to banking and product development will be an advantage.
• Good strategical and analytical thinking, proactive.
• Having good management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Computer literacy with creating presentations, calculations & analysis.
