Job Description:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging industry, particularly in Flexible Packaging or Shrink Sleeves.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

Over 10 years of sales experience in the packaging industry, specifically in Flexible Packaging or Shrink Sleeve.
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Sales Manager.
Fluent in English.
Minimum diploma qualification.
