JAC Recruitment is currently assisting a client in the Automotive Dealer industry in their search for an IT Manager (Operation & Infrastructure) based in Bandung, West Java.

Key responsibilities:
- Work planning & execution for the IT Operation & Infrastructure department
- Ensuring IT Helpdesk compliance with specified SLA
- Timely implementation of IT projects
- Budget and IT infrastructure asset management
- Data security maintenance
- HR management for the IT Operation & Infrastructure department

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering / Information Management
- 4 years of experience as an IT Operation Manager
- Experience in ERP, Web & Mobile Development, Data Center & Networks
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
