Customer Service Team Leader – Logistics
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Indonesian provider of integrated Logistics freight forwarding. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 years of experience in the industrial sector as a Customer Service Team Leader. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Maintain a customer relation, claim, complain, and support the delivery services
- Set up and monitor KPI related to the customer-oriented delivery
- Increase customer satisfaction, and support the number of shipments and volume
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify logistics opportunities from new and existing customers
- Coordinate with the product team to explore new product opportunities
- Dealing with the stakeholders internally: sales & operation team
- Provide leadership to the customer service team, through addressing the commercial, technical, and operational aspects of potential customer
- Overlooking day-to-day business process and in collaboration with the sales and operation team to identify potential clients and provide a recommendation for improvements
- Customer feedback monitoring, assessment and determine the improvement and solution to achieve the company’s objectives
- Develop solutions, strategies, and assessment of current industry impact to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity, in line with the company’s strategy
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in commercial discipline from reputable university
- Minimum 15 years experience in customer services in logistics and freight forwarding
- Strong in negotiation and commercial acumen
- Strong knowledge in customer service and delivery
- Knowledge of current market trends and the freight forwarding that operates in the market
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and networks and influence outcomes at many levels in an organization
