My mother resided in this retirement home. My first impression was good although I thought the manager and attending physician tried too much to push their medical service on her. Rooms nice with a small garden but the fridge and others seemed to be very old and in bad condition. The food was very poor and not enough, a lot of it was instant with all preservatives and deep fried which is not ideal for your health.

The worst nightmare was however the doctor Dr. Suryani and her nurses Delita and Aster. Delita screamed loudly on the corridor that my mother's blood pressure was high. Dr Suryani and manager Bakhtiar Gea forced my mother to let one of their nurses accompany her. They clearly violated against the ethics of the medical profession by not respecting patient's secrecy and their right to choose a doctor and nurse. All medical consultation was conducted in the dining room, a public place

After my mother refused they made up stories that my mother was not compliant. This was not true since my mother had many witnesses who could tell otherwise. They forced her to sign something that she should accept their nurses and doctors while she prefers a doctor of her own choice. After the board of directors had written a letter that she was dismissed from the home, they didn't tell her and waited one week before they forwarded it to me. The manager Bakhtiar Gea also lied to my mother and told her that I had sold the house. My mother left because she was bitter about their morals and lack of respect for the elderly.....
