I used this company to ship personal items out of Indonesia.
They were terrible. Firstly my shoulder bag mysteriously dissappeared from a seperate room to what was supposed to be packed. It was full of personal documents, credit card and money only to have been "accidently packed and found" by them. The sequence of events resulted in me missing an international flight and not being able to pick up a hire care to travel 600km because my licence was in the bag.

Their packaging was terrible. When questioned about why the volume was so large they suddenly were able to reduce the volume of the boxes by 30% or more.

The staff were rude. When my shipment arrived at its destination it turned out it was water damaged (not this company's fault). They suddenly didn't seem to be receiving my emails, even when I started to email other people in the company about the insurance claim. I would call and then not have calls returned.

Keep well away from them. This company cost me thousands of dollars to make a shipment that was in the end just a worth pile of wet, mouldy items fit for the rubbish.
