I went here today to change my watch’s battery, with the watch completely functioning as normal. It was a timex indiglo wr100. While the employee changed the battery he broke the watch’s crown. At first he returned the watch saying that there is nothing wrong with the watch’s battery, so he didn’t change the battery’s watch (how in the world!!!) . He tried to hide that he broke the watch’s crown. When we found out about the broken crown, the employee and the owner refused to admit that it was their fault, and blamed us saying that the crown was already broken in the first place.
These people are liars, don’t go or shop to this store. If these people can’t even be trusted with a task as simple as changing a watch’s battery i wonder what they can be trusted with. What i hate the most is how both the owner and the employee lied persistently to avoid their responsibility. Don’t deal with these guys, go to other stores.
