Requirement :

1. Highly motivated, passionate & initiative person.
2. Have experience handling SMB, SME, Banking, and Insurance customers for Saas products.
3. Have experience as Customer Success / Account Manager in a technology company/start-up.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving and critical thinking.
5. Familiar with Google Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, and similar applications (Salesforce / Hubspot is a plus point).  Responsibility:

1. Producing effective kick-off and onboarding meetings for the early beginning of customer transition.
2. Customer Activation consists of tenant & user registration, attaching a dedicated phone number, and Phone number assignment.
3. Configure customer's KPI and Miitel call memos based on customer business model.
- Gather important points of customer call activity.
- Analyze customer situation.
- Finalize & visualize customer KPI & Miitel Call Memo.
4. Monitor, Analyze & Review customer activity on Miitel.
5. Maintaining excellent communication & relationship with all customers and being willing to visit the customer.
6. Achieve Customer Success target (Cust. Conversion, Upsell & Churn).
