Requirement:
1. Fast Respond.
2. Have experience in a technology company/start-up.
3. Familiar with SQL, VOIP, PBX, and SIP Trunk.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation.
Responsibility:
1. Conduct training sessions with the customer.
2. Responding & Managing customer issues/problems professionally with available SLA.
3. Handling customer requests and communicating with Tech. Team.
4. Maintain positive and professional communication with customers.
5. Able to perform shift work duties on a 24x7 bases from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
