Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in reputable university, preferably from Law or Economic major.
  • Min 5-8 years of total work experience.
  • Min 2 years in related field (M&A, business consultancy).
  • Experience in business consulting/M&A firm is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Leadership skill: Problem solving, Proactive, good initiative and time management.
  • Excellent communication skill and teamwork, Good attention to detail.
  • Skills in M&A, Accounting/Finance, Economy, Law, Government Policy and Regulation, HR, and Corporate Planning will be advantage.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written (email, reporting, etc)
  • Japanese skill will be advantage.
 
Job Description:
  • Work on research and consulting tasks such as researching market trend, Indonesian law & regulation, competitors, business environment, market size, consumer trend, license, legal, etc.
  • Investigating client's strength and weakness.
  • Analyzing business strategy, HR, Governance, Risk Management, etc.
  • Drafting presentation material or report.
  • Conducting field research and business trip.
  • Collaborate with law firm, HR agent, etc to work on a project.
 
Monthly salary offer: IDR 12-24 million/month, depends on qualification and competence.
Employment status: permanent after 3 months probation. #LI-JACID
