Job Description:

• Check contracts for trading or business. (not handle contracts for employments)
• Make article of corporation and minutes of general shareholders meeting.
• Control or manage license
• Coordinate with lawyers to collect receivable.
• Communicate with Singapore and Japan.

Required Experience:

• Lawyer certificate (PERADI) or corporate law is required.
• Bachelor of law is required.
• Can issue demand letter with his own name (required)
• Experience in law division at companies is highly preferable.
• Experience e in law firms is preferable.
• Experience in collecting receivable or company license is preferable.
• Experience in business contracts (buy and sell) is preferable.
• Good English Skill
