About Our client is in the fintech industry working in Cryptocurrency assets. The working arrangement is hybrid with an office location in Sudirman, South Jakarta.   Job Descriptions

• Accountable for people management, planning, and delivery of technical product features and improvements. 
• Participate in cross-team collaboration and ensure that the engineering teams are on the same page.
• Responsible for making technical context more accessible to stakeholders. 
• Accountable for bridging the gap between technical teams and collaborating to find solutions to complex technical problems.

Requirements:

• Experienced as a Tech Lead for at least 3 years.
• Handled Java/Golang.
• Experienced in MySQL/PostgresSQL/MongoDB.
• RabbitMQ/Kafka/Message Queue.
• Distributed system/microservice architecture
• Some experience with AWS/GCP.
• Very high ownership proven record.
• Product mindset.
• Building products from scratch.
