Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or any relevant professional discipline.
Related knowledge or experience in chemicals and Lab Testing Instruments.
Possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Minimum 6 years of working experience as R&D formulator (especially in Home & Personal Care Industries).
Have experience in developing product.
Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills, team oriented and able to work independently.
Good communication in English (both written and verbal).
Computer literate, especially in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Willing to be stationed in Citeureup, Bogor.

Responsibilities

Research and develop new products formulations and specifications.
Ensure all products are developed meeting expectation of quality, safety, stability.
Perform relevant literature review and explore findings in product formulations or information.
Anticipate in problem solving matters especially on quality of the products.
Responsible in all R&D testing especially for raw materials, stability and finished products.
Prepare weekly products development report.
Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the management.
