Our client is property developer that focus on tourism and hospitality is looking for sales manager for Low Rise with Qualification and Responsibilities as below: Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling low rise project management
• Proven experience in property management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, leasing practices, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

 Responsibility:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure the property complies with all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the development and management of property budget
• Prepare regular reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, maintenance activities, and financial metrics.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on property-related matters.
