Lowongan Logistic Operation Supervisor

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or BA with GPA Minimum 3.00 (out of 4.00)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Export & Import operation
• Proficient In Ms. Excell and Power point
• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience managing more than 2 talents
• Excellent communication verbal and correspondences in English with people all levels

Job Descriptions:

• Control Export process daily operation refer to flow & working instruction
• Control team & member KPI and reporting in monthly base
• Monitoring day by day operation to be smooth refer to target
• Control Export Air Freight arrangement in monthly report
• Control Export PEB Notul database & counter measurement status
• Control Export cost analysis for monthly reporting
• Coordination with others Supervisors in Logistics Dept to arrange weekly & monthly meeting
• Maintain good relationship with Forwarder, shipping line, WH & Sales team
• Tackling abnormality in case any problem happened in daily operation
