Lowongan Corporate Marketing Manager

Job Description: 

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives

• Oversee branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

• Lead the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven +5 - 7 years experience in banking/leasing/finance marketing management, preferably Japanese company.  
• Strong understanding of corporate marketing strategies especially in leasing, finance or banking industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Accustomed in managing & handling A-Z all by oneself.  
• Familiarity with leasing products and services will be prioritized
