Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
Strategic Partnerships: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and challenges, positioning our industrial robot products as essential solutions to meet their evolving needs.
Solution Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our range of robotic products and services, effectively demonstrating their value propositions.
Negotiations: Lead negotiations of contracts, pricing, and terms, ensuring mutual satisfaction and sustainable partnerships.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to drive strategic decision-making and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales, engineering, and product development to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, account status reports, and activity updates to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience of 5 years in key account management within the industrial robotics or factory automation sector.
Strong understanding of industrial automation and robotic technologies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to strategize, plan, and execute sales initiatives effectively.
Proficiency in Salesforces preferred.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
