Lowongan Rewards Growth Manager

Our client is a financial services company, based and headquartered in Singapore, which support merchants in growing through tech-driven digital payment and financial services solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead online benefits and voucher centre embedded in digital wallets growths and marketing collaboration with business partners, including digital wallets and international key merchants
• Design mechanisms to drive user activeness, retention and engagement of the product
• Drive new payment users and retention users for business partners by marketing activities
• Find marketing collaboration opportunities with e-wallets and local banks (eg. Dana, Mandiri) and pitch them with a comprehensive co-brand marketing plan

Requirements:

• Possess 3-5 experience in online business growth
• Possess 3-5 years of experience in online operational roles
• Knowledge of IT product or data analysis
• Experience in digital content/e-commerce is an added bonus
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English
• Strong collaboration mindset, results oriented, energetic, and can work under pressure
