Contingency Based Search is more popular headhunting activities in recruiting middle level position. Unlike Retained Executive Search which is an exclusive contract with Reine Recruitment Consultant, Contingency Based Search allows clients to work with other recruitment firm.

Retained Executive Search is highly recommended in recruiting top level management, including senior manager, general manager, director and even CEO. Signing Retained Executive Search with Reine Recruitment Consultant will give you a privilege where a team of recruitment consultants are assigned to exclusively accomplish your recruitment project.

For both Contingency Based Search Service and Retained Executive Search Service, Reine Recruitment Consultant undertakes to supply the services as follow:
- Provide Client as specified by both Parties, suitable resume of potential candidates as per requirement.
- Coordinate interview schedules between Client and potential candidates.
- Serve as a link between the Client and candidate for obtaining all clarification or negotiation.
- Assist Client with the co-ordination of acceptance of job offer by potential candidates.
- Provide reference/s for each qualified candidates solicited from key sources, as requested by Client to verify.
