We are from company GS Slitting Sdn. Bhd. have been experiencing very terrible service from FedEx Jakarta, not once but twice. FedEx Jakarta has been holding our goods for more than 2 weeks, for thousands of nonsense reasons. We have to call few times (not to mention so damn hard to get them), cursed everybody in the office before it been ship out. Today, we contacted and spoke to mr zaman from FedEx Jakarta. We will see what will happen now....

Couldn't agree more with this. The staffs are not helpful at all. They are very difficult to reach, didn't answer phone calls and when they answer, just ask you to find information anywhere else. Damn! NEVER USE FEDEX INDONESIA service for any reason. Better do not buy/import if there is no other shipping agency.
